I absolutely love this rug. The quality is phenomenal. The colors are accurate and bright. It is exactly as it appeared in the shop listing and far exceeds my expectations!
I will absolutely consider ordering from this shop again.
The rug did unexpectedly take 2 months to arrive. I did have to reach out a few times to learn what was going and to push for resolution. But based on the reviews, I seem to be the exception. As a business owner myself, I understand that, on a rare occassion, there will be things beyond my control. It is what it is. I super pleased to have it before the holidays.
