I've got to be honest..I really hesitated from making this rug purchase..I just did't think I could get a quality rug for the price! Then I didn't receive a shipping confirmation and about 5 days after placing my order the rug arrived. I am extremely impressed with the quality, the thickness and the colors are exactly as pictured. I am in LOVE with this rug and it really brightens uo my livig room. Don't hesitate..this is a great rug!! (PS I normally don't review products but made an exception because I am so pleased.
The rug is a little more green and a little less beige than I expected. Because of that, as I was enrolling it I thought that it was the wrong rug. After seeing it fully enrolled, I donβt mind that itβs greener than I expected. It is beautiful. The quality seems to be very good too. I worry a little bit about it unraveling on the end because some other reviews indicated that happened to them, but so far so good.
I purchased a rug and the wrong color was sent to me. I do not like the color of the rug and sent several emails and they will not respond. Theses people do not care about their customers! They only care about making a sale under false pretense.

Second time shopping from this shop. The experience is again great. Super fast shipping great packaging. The colors are a bit darker than in the pictures but iβm still very satisfied
I got the 9x12 and LOVE it! The rug doesn'nt match the colors in the picture. Online it appears much more colorful almost orange, gold, red & denim blues. In real life itΓΒ’ΓΒΓΒs much more subdued - gold, dark red & dark blues. However, I still thought it was beautiful even with the color differences so IΓΒ’ΓΒΓΒm keeping it. It's an excellent quality wool rug so it's very thick and plush. As expected with wool, I have vacuumed it several times to collect canisters full of debris each time, but that should get better with time. It says it ships from Texas but it shipped from India which is ok but just be aware that does require a few days extra shipping though mine still arrived in under a week. I would definitely recommend this rug to others based on cost and quality. Just be aware of the color differences!

I got a custom-sized rug and the seller was super responsive and flexible to my request, and the rug is perfect in our space - even better than I was expecting. Definitely recommend, but be prepared to be patient
