The rugs I ordered could not be found in the warehouse so they had two more made for me. They were great in communication and giving me updates. I had to wait a bit longer for them but when they did arrive from India I was blown away by the beauty and the craftsmanship. I get sooo many compliments and they are very comfortable under the feet. Ordered the 8x10 and the 3x5 rugs. Very pleased with the quality and the colors are exactly what you see in the product pictures. Well worth the price paid. Delivery was delayed past promised date as I found out the rugs were coming from India. I did voice my concern and recommended they be more up front about delivery. Customer service was very friendly and the rugs were worth the extra time waiting.
