Beautiful, soft and luxurious. This is a fantastic rug.
Although the company sent me the wrong rug initially, they responded to me and were helpful and explained that they would send me the correct rug immediately!
I received the correct rug promptly after sending my message to the company and the rug was beyond my expectations!!! The quality is incredible and so was the packaging. I will definitely be purchasing a rug from this company in the future. Not to mention they were extremely helpful and prompt in communicating with me!!

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. — no minimum required.
Once your order is placed, we’ll process and ship it within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on the way.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Note: Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something is wrong, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Rugs must be returned in unused, original condition.
- Return shipping is free for most orders (exclusions may apply).

We photograph our rugs in natural lighting to reflect true colors, but please keep in mind:
- Screen brightness and device settings may shift color tones.

Size Guide
Choosing the right rug size can completely transform a space. Here are some general tips:
- Living Rooms: Ideally, your rug should fit under the front legs of all seating.
- Bedrooms: Place the rug under the lower 2/3 of the bed, extending beyond the sides.
- Dining Rooms: Allow at least 24" beyond each side of the table so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.

- Vacuum regularly using suction only — avoid beater bars on delicate rugs.
- Spot clean spills immediately using a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Rotate your rug every few months to even out wear and sun exposure.
- Use a rug pad for added comfort, safety, and to prevent slipping.
Note: Wool rugs may shed initially — this is normal and will decrease with time.
