I had a great experience with email communications after I purchased a rug for my foyer and changed my mind on the design. I got the design easily switched to the Necklase Blue Medallion Persian Style and was refunded the difference in price. Then I asked if I could get the size a few inches larger than the standard 4 foot square. My rep Paul and the design/production team made it happen. The shipping was smooth and the rug was well protected. The size came out right, the wool is so soft, and the blue color is so richly vibrant against the creams. I love this rug!
The edges took a few days to lay completely flat, but once they did, the rug looked absolutely beautiful.
We purchased the 9 by 12 rug for our dining room. I am so pleased with it! High quality and feels thick and expensive when I walk on it. Very happy with this purchase!
This rug is everything I wanted for my sons nursery. I saw this rug on PB But the price was too much. I found it here , the exact same one for a much better price and we love it!

I was skeptical of this site because the starry rug looked SO much like the Pottery Barn Kids one... But all of the consumer photos looked legit, and I couldn't find any negative reviews elsewhere online...so I took a risk, and I'm so glad I did.

Starting this off with 5 stars so that it gets seen. The color is NOTHING like the website and the design is much cheaper and not as ornate. I wouldn’t order this rug if I were you.
